On Saturday September 30th 2017, Redemption Muay Thai hosted a seminar with Glory Kickboxing World Champion Tiffany ‘Time Bomb’ van Soest. This was Tiffany’s second trip to Canada, the first was also for a seminar at Redemption in August 2015. For over 4 hours Tiffany engaged and interacted with all those in attendance, teaching them some of the skills she’s accumulated over a very successful career competing in the striking arts.

Her Q & A session with fans and fighters truly demonstrated that she’s more than a fighter. She is a world class human being who believes in ‘Team Humanity’. She believes that martial arts is a vehicle that can save humanity. She uses her status as a champion to make the world a better place by engaging with young fans and demonstrating that fighters are not violent people outside of the career that they’ve dedicated their lives to.
